William G. Sokol is a graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia.

After graduating with various honors including the Barrister’s Award for Trial Advocacy, William G. Sokol went into private practice with Gregory Magarity defending high-profile, white-collar clients in a variety of cases. After several years of service with Gregory Magarity, William G. Sokol became the general counsel of Patriot Land Transfer, LLC, a full service title insurance company. During his time with Patriot, William G. Sokol witnessed and took part in thousands of real estate closings helping build a solid foundation in real estate law and customs.

After resigning from Patriot Land Transfer, LLC, William G. Sokol formed his own law firm and has been representing residential real estate clients and distressed homeowners ever since.
